Body Landscapes week 4
During the last week of October, we will have the opportunity to work with three artists that have a powerful aesthetic. Jessie Kleemann is a Greenlandic artist and poet that carries with her a mystic perspective of her homeland. She discusses topics such as identity and colonial power. Urnamo is a duet conformed by Ali Al-Fatlawi and Wathiq Al-Ameri from Irak, and they bring us a personal experience of migration. There are in exile, and this experience frames their critic and hope of returning home. The three artists will develop a workshop with different stories of migration at KoncertSalen and the room 003 of VKC, from Tuesday to Thursday. Their final performance and conclusion of the festival will be a performance session on Friday 27th of October.
It is free to participate in the workshops, but there are a limited number of tickets.
